MooEditable demos fail with an error

Both demos, the one on jsfiddle and github, fail with the following errors:
Uncaught ReferenceError: Locale is not defined
Uncaught TypeError: Object #<an HTMLTextAreaElement>
has no method 'mooEditable'
It works fine when switched to 1.3-compat
