Mooeditable broken in IE9

Mooeditable appears to be broken in IE9. I tried the demo (http://cheeaun.github.com/mooeditable/) as well as the one in jsFiddle and couldn't get MooEditable to initialize correctly. There is no toolbar and all i see is a textarea w/ the text "

This is cool!

". I tried switching to different versions of Mootools in jsFiddle and would get the same result.

IE version: 9.0.8112.16421

No one uses Internet Explorer anymore. It's 2020 and you still use Internet Explorer. There are much faster internet browser out there like Google Chrome, Opera, Mozilla. Microsoft has stopped the support for Internet Explorer and they created a new and faster internet browser called Edge. Those are my Top 4 web browsers on my PC. Google Chrome is what I use the most second is Opera GX. Opera GX is created for gamers. You can play online browser games like harry potter hogwarts mystery and gacha club without thinking about the RAM and CPU usage,
